The clerk that checked us out pulled a fast one. She took my niece's traveler's check and gave her the change, but after we left, she charged my niece's credit card. We had a hard time getting her money back.

There was a wedding reception but it did not decrease the attention given to walk-ins. The food was expensive, but it usually is at an airport hotel. It was a maze finding our rooms!

It was my first business trip and they made it memorable!
This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was during the Houston Astros vs. Chicago Cubs getting to the playoffs and it was a lot of fun with the staff. We were in from Houston and we all enjoyed talking about the game and picking on each other to see who would make the playoffs.
