The stay was as expected.

This hotel made me feel practical: The surroundings were very minimal and practical.

It’s in a great location for getting to O'Hare field. It is one of the closest to the airport. I timed three minutes from the hotel door to the AA terminal door on the free shuttle, with moderate traffic. There is a great Harry Caray baseball themed restaurant just off the lobby. We always stay here the night before our flight out of ORD. Even though we live only forty minutes away from the airport, one Interstate 94 traffic jam could cause us to miss our flight even if we left early.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They have very nice furnishings, and room layout. There was a separate doorway between the living room area, and the bedroom. It was almost like a suite setup.

It is a nice place, with clean rooms and good service.

The location is convenient to the O'Hare airport and it is situated in a safe neighborhood. There are restaurants nearby, within walking distance, for when you do not want to use the hotel restaurant. There are a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a microwave oven in each room, which provides added convenience.

I enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the hotel.

The location close to the airport was excellent. The comfort was just average with no place or restaurant to eat breakfast. The bar was excellent, but the service in it wasn't that great. I advise others to book somewhere else!

They had good buffets in the restaurant. They had a fast reply when asked for more towels and pillows.

The hotel was in close proximity to the train station, a large grocery store, fast foods, and the highway leading into downtown Chicago.
