Exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and went over and beyond my expectations. The rooms were extremely nice and I slept better at this hotel than I do in my own home. Moreover, the restaurant was incredible. I have never experienced such exquisite cuisine in any other hotel property.

I found nothing wrong other than the fact one room couldn't be reserved as we had requested. A mix up had been made in the rooms that were to be used for competitions. Everyone was very nice and helpful!

It was very nice. They had excellent pillows and mattresses! The only problem appeared when I was very thirsty in the night. I went to the drink machine. I tried three times to get a diet drink. It kept spitting out regular ginger ale. I am a diabetic. The next morning I told them. The person behind the counter got kind of defensive and said they could only refund my money if I brought the drinks with me. I told them that was not the point, I just thought they would want to know.

It was overall very nice. The drink machine only gave ginger ale, I pushed diet Coke. I tried three times, but got ginger ale each time. I told them the next morning, it was about one a.m. when I bought them. I thought they would appreciate it and change the machine. I did not ask for anything. The person immediately said I had to bring the drinks with me for a refund. I did not ask for a refund. I was just telling them about the problem and she immediately jumped. It was pretty out of character
