This property is close to where we needed to be and was clean and tidy. The shower/tub leaked into the room and was reported to the front desk. The lighting in the room needs to be brighter - very dim. Using 130 volt light bulbs would do a lot better.

We were in Florida for a family reunion/anniversary celebration. We had plenty of room for everyone. My immediate family had 6 rooms and we were all comfortable.

We were there when hurricane Charlie hit. The staff was superb and went way beyond what was required in order to help us feel safe and to make the best of our stay. They were great!

This hotel made me feel content: Great heated pool with waterfall, hot tub, never had to leave the hotel for anything if you did not want to.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Our flight was cancelled. We picked up the phone at the airport and explained to the people at the Holiday Inn what was going on. They picked us up and helped in so many ways and took us back to the airport.

It was just fine! I had recently spent a weekend at a luxury (twice as expensive) country inn; got a fuzzy robe and old-time ambience. I'll take Holiday Inn Select!

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Helpful and polite airport pickup, helpful front desk - understanding of my husband's disability. Accurate estimate of time needed for airport check-in and security and promptness of shuttle. We were in transit overnight.
