We requested a specific room type because of my husband's disability. and we informed them of the late arrival of our plane. I called again on the morning of our arrival. When we arrived, the only ground floor room left was a wheelchair-accessible. The bathroom was hopelessly inadequate, and the view was the trash dumpsters. (A former stay there had been excellent!)

This property is close to where we needed to be and was clean and tidy. The shower/tub leaked into the room and was reported to the front desk. The lighting in the room needs to be brighter - very dim. Using 130 volt light bulbs would do a lot better.
