I was not happy with the location we stayed at. I had no idea that it is near the prison and we kept getting lost. We could not eat at the restaurant for brunch because I am allergic to smoke. There were dubious people in the parking lot.

I liked the variety of pillows, I have never stayed in a hotel that offered more than one type! The hotel lobby looked very nice and the room was comfortable.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

The beds were the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel. I also liked the shower and the service was great.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was polite and courteous. They provided assistance whenever asked and did not act inconvenienced.

My stay was ok.

Local road construction makes it difficult to reach this location quickly. Others should plan for traffic jams during rush hours. The restaurant was above average. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the tub didn't drain the first night but was fixed for the remaining two nights.

I thought I'd made a reservation at the Holiday Inn Express where I'd stayed before. I did not like having to pay for breakfast and having to pay for printing my boarding pass in the business center, but that's not the hotel's fault, I guess. However, the desk clerks on duty when we checked in seemed quite confused, and spent quite a bit of time trying to find a room, even though I had a reservation. Compare this with La Quinta, for example where you walk in, give your name and are handed a key (I am a member of both La Quinta Returns and Priority Club).

The hotel provided very good service. I had an enjoyable stay.

Everything was just fine but they did not have a concierge or anyone else who was knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and roads. They could not give us directions to anywhere.

My trip was pre-arranged for me. However, the hotel was close to the airport and was very well-staffed. The restaurant did not have much of a menu, there was very little to choose from. They had the same soup on the menu for four days.

This hotel made me feel welcome: My room was ready for me when I arrived. The staff was very friendly. They made you feel at home.

The staff provided excellent service during my stay.

There was an M&M in the room the entire time we were there. They charged money just to call in town.

The rooms were clean and sanitary. The bathroom was clean also. We were happy with our stay and would return if needed.

This hotel is a fine place to stay.

Our room was not ready at check-in time. We waited almost an hour for our room.

The room was nice, but one problem was that on the two reading lamps on either side of the bed, one was out, and one was missing a bulb. After reporting the problem, it was never fixed.

The coffee wasn't replaced and the pot wasn't cleaned one day.

On our last morning, their housekeeping tried to barge in twice, waking us on both occasions.

Most of the Holiday Inns have an indoor pool. We have 3 young boys (6, 10, 11) and that is very important!

It was just too basic for me, for the price that I paid.
