49 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

I like that the swimming pool has a jacuzzi nearby. The receptionist during my check in and check out was very nice and accommodating. I did not like the hotel's location. I thought that they had a shuttle to and from Opryland Resorts and the Convention Center. There was not. There was no ice on my floor. The ice machine was not working. I was told to go to other floors to get ice.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Select Nashville.
I might recommend it to friends.

I have enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn hotel. Over the years I have had very little problems with any of my reservations.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Select Nashville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The beds were the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel. I also liked the shower and the service was great.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was polite and courteous. They provided assistance whenever asked and did not act inconvenienced.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Select Nashville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
