Check in was delayed and that made me nervous.

I thought the hotel was rather worn looking. The staff was really nice, but the rooms were sort of shabby. I did like it that I could take my dog, but I think that a twenty five dollars fee is rather steep. I had to call for washcloths.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk staff was very nice. The housekeeping staff was prompt in getting the washcloths for me.

It was just what we needed for the tournament that was up there. It was quiet enough and it had enough room for everyone.

The food on the breakfast buffet was terrible. The mattresses were worn and sagged in the middle. The heating system was old. They should use stronger wattage light bulbs. The security was poor, I walked through the hotel late at night without seeing any security several nights.

The hotel was fine. I was offered a package with breakfast and shopping, but I was only given one coupon and they said they would have it straightened out by breakfast. It was not and the desk staff seemed uncaring and unsympathetic to the problem. Also the package was misleading as Sunday champaign brunch was advertised, but not really included.

I love this hotel because it is close to our corporate office and it has wireless internet access, they are friendly and they are used to working with our company. Also, they have a great room service!

I have used this hotel for meetings in the past and have been satisfied with its convenient location and reasonable rates for the area. The service and comforts were as expected for the price range. The hotel caters to businesses and events like NASCAR race drivers. The staff was helpful and supportive of meeting needs.

The location was very good, although it was slightly difficult to find. There were many restaurants and shops nearby.

They were wonderful to us during our convention. The hotel had a friendly and helpful staff. They had comfortable beds, a great whirlpool tub and very good buffet meals.

This hotel made me feel important: The front desk know my name and greet me. They put out free lemonade and ice tea for our group. They did everything possible to make our convention impressive.

Shuttle service was on time and easily accessible.

The pool was not as nice as expected, I also expected a hot tub. They advertised a game room, which consisted of two lame games for my daughter. Also, as no fault of the hotel I'm sure, the fire alarm went off while my daughter and I were in the pool. So we had to stand outside and it was rather cold. Thank goodness it was August.

We had our science fiction convention at this hotel and our 825 attendees were very happy. I'm glad that we have signed a multi-year deal with the hotel. They had great food and were very attentive to our attendees.

I had a nice stay at this hotel.

The hotel was a little hard to find as Naperville was not located on my AAA map where the hotel actually was. We got lost.

I have sensitive skin. The sheets were so full of bleach that I had to get up in the middle of the night, take a shower, and then put on fresh clothes and sleep on the lounge chair.

Comfort and service at Holiday Inn Select are good.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, and noise traveled in from the hallway a lot; but otherwise, everything was fine.
