The Holiday Inn Select hotel I stayed in was clean and efficiently employed. All the needs were met.

It’s a good property. It has some age but overall it’s good. The staff is friendly and professional.

There was a slight rudeness of a hotel check-in clerk not directly checking us in. Three was a poor attitude and poor service from a waitress at the early lunch on Saturday. There was not much consideration or assistance for the disabled.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Select Memphis Intl Aprt.

It was very convenient and the price was a fair one. There was some construction going on at the time but that was understandable. The smoke detectors on our floor were taped over.
