This was Elvis Week. The hotel was 3 miles from Graceland. The staff was friendly and helpful,except the young lady who could not give directions because she always gets lost in Memphis-as we did EVERYDAY. We were surprised,at check-in, to receive 6 ...

There was a slight rudeness of a hotel check-in clerk not directly checking us in. Three was a poor attitude and poor service from a waitress at the early lunch on Saturday. There was not much consideration or assistance for the disabled.

It was very convenient and the price was a fair one. There was some construction going on at the time but that was understandable. The smoke detectors on our floor were taped over.

They had slow and poor schedule for the van service. The workout facility was not available at published times, and no one had bothered to change the timer since last clock change. The room was very stuffy as the air conditioning unit had been off.

The location was not that great. It was not close to any restaurants or other entertainment. The comfort and the service were as expected, but not overly impressive. It is a nice place to stay, but not for the price.
