food and service was terrific....my rooms air conditioning was not working properly and was moved quickly to another room, no questions asked. the breakfast is great with american and Nicaraguin dishes served daily.

Building is designed to surviive a large earthquake, with it's own emergency backup water and power facilities. Great security with lots of guards during the daytime, but everyone is gone at night except the front desk person who is waiting for you...

I was expecting my fathers Holiday Inn, but found an excellent hotel, large rooms, great service and centrally located. With a great restaurant menu, a casino, large pool, car rental and tour operator, this place will find all your requests.
