With all the other hotels in the area, you can get so much more for less money... this hotel is way overrated and very expensive... went down for a cup of coffee, as I do not eat breakfast... they charged me $15.00 U.S. for a cup... the other hotels ...
food and service was terrific....my rooms air conditioning was not working properly and was moved quickly to another room, no questions asked. the breakfast is great with american and Nicaraguin dishes served daily.

I was expecting my fathers Holiday Inn, but found an excellent hotel, large rooms, great service and centrally located. With a great restaurant menu, a casino, large pool, car rental and tour operator, this place will find all your requests.
Great service by the hotel staff, receptionists need some work. Clean rooms, Pool service at any time of the hour (take advantage of service). Excellent experience.
