This is an excellent hotel and I will always stay here. So far I have not found anything that I dislike about this hotel.
This hotel made me feel pampered: They seem to bend over backward to make sure that the accommodations are good.
They are great at that hotel. My daughter goes to RMWC and we always stay there because of the service.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: It provides a safe environment.
The breakfast buffet tasted like cardboard!
Every other visit was more enjoyable. No free continental breakfast this time and desk people not as friendly.
The only problem was parking - we were in a bus and not advised ahead of time that there was difficulty parking a bus.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: I was surprised at how quiet it was considering all the teenagers who were there.
Our recent 3-night stay at the Holiday Inn Select in Lynchburg, Va was due to our evacuation from our home in Norfolk, Va because of hurricane Isabel. We mainly chose this hotel because it allows pets and still had vacancies.
The only issue was inadequate parking.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: Quiet even though there were a lot of teenagers staying there.
When the hotel has large parties booked and there are large events happening in the city, the hotel needs to anticipate the needs for amenities such as towels and be prepared.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: Very quiet despite large number of teens there.
Holiday Inn accepts small dogs, so I make my decision to choose them over other hotels.
