It is an ok hotel. The function we have there every year has the same menu and the same lousy box fried foods every time.

Finding the hotel was extremely difficult as the street and highway signage was practically non existent, so I would advise other tourists to make sure they know exactly the directions. Further, the room when we arrived late evening, in October, had the air conditioner running full tilt, it was freezing and my mother nearly froze before I could go down to the desk to find out how the heater and air conditioning unit functioned as there were no directions on the unit itself. They had very poor pre check in preparation.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was quick and efficient. The internet access did not work in my room. They gave me a new room.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I was pleased with the cordial service staff and the easy reservations.
