We loved it! It has an awesome location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Los Angeles but close enough to get to in a few minutes. It was very nice and better than any Holiday Inn hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly. However, the only problem we had was with the internet access that was not working properly.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds were extremely comfortable. They had very clean and nice restaurant.

I was pleased with my check-in/check-out process. It went smoothly. However, I was not pleased with the cleaning of my room. The bathtub was not cleaned during my stay and not all trash cans were emptied during my stay as well.

We were pleased with the appearance of the lobby, the friendliness of the staff, and the proximity of the interstate. We also appreciated the Red Robin restaurant after a long day out seeing the sites!
This hotel made me feel content: I felt like we got an excellent value for our money.

The Holiday Inn's website promised a bathrobe in every room, but we found that was only on certain floors when we checked in. The Holiday Inn staff later sent us a robe when we made them aware of the situation.
