It was the best hotel I have stayed at in a while. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.

This hotel made me feel excited: It was very nice. It felt like a five star hotel. I felt very comfortable and it was a lot nicer than the last Super 8 motels we had gone too.

I always stay at the Holiday Inn Select SW because of the value for my money. The staff is great, the rooms are clean, and I like the breakfast in the morning and the bar in the evening.

It was just what I expected, no less, no better.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. However, I have stayed here twice (booked for a conference, so no choice) and found the hotel restaurant overpriced, very slow, with only mediocre food of limited choice. I preferred to walk to one of several restaurants -- Bennigan's, Taco Cabana, etc. -- for lunch on both trips. On my way back to the hotel, I would stop at a convenience store for muffins for breakfast. I never ate supper at the hotel. But the hotel folks were nice and friendly.

The staff was very slow in answering phone calls. They were not prepared and charged too much for event services.

The wireless Internet was not working from time to time.

The hotel restaurant was slow and overpriced. It was easier, faster and cheaper to walk down the street to Bennigans or Taco Cabana to eat. Plus, there's a wider variety in the menu. I also wish the hotel would have a free continental breakfast.

Everything was just as I expected at this hotel.

It was affordable and had a good location. It was clean.

Holiday Inn Select Greenway Plaza is a very nice place. The restaurant, however, is overpriced and very slow for mediocre food.
