This hotel is unbelievable. This hotel was absolutely everything I had imagined it to be. The Rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great. Everything about this place is magnificent. We will without a doubt, stay at the holiday inn select every time we come back, I couldn't believe the GYM!! If anyone is considering, I highly recommend this place.

60 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

A huge disappointment. The restaurant staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Problems: The front desk tried 3 times to raise our rates well over the advertised and agreed upon rate. The room had evidently had a lot of breakage (cabinets, holes in walls) and not everything had been repaired. It was shabby and uncomfortable. Refrigerator smelled and we had to defrost the freezer ourselves. No usable chairs. Towels were not always replaced. Room service tray sat outside our room for 2-1/2 days. Restaurant was so full of cigar smoke one night that no one would eat there.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Select Executive Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.
