This hotel made me feel content: There were no problems upon arrival and check in... And the room was the one had reserved.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: Well dressed personnel and kind attention.
Our flight was late arriving. We called the hotel to advise them. I was sharing the room and we arrived at different times. Even with having called, they did not seem to be aware or ready to accommodate our arrival.
I liked the hotel. The downtown area of st. Louis seems a little unsafe and did not like that. Too many abandond buildings.
This hotel made me feel important: The desk staff treated me like an adult and that does not happen all the time. I often get mistaken for a younger person and they did not care.
This hotel made me feel secure: They had a police car driving around the lot and think that is awesome! don't know if they hired the police officer to do that or if he just was there!
This hotel made me feel comfortable: I felt comfortable there because of their prompt attention, convenient to rest of family, tolerance to toddler shenanigans and elderly slowpokes, and had interesting informational displays in lobby and good directions to our points of interest.
We arrived at the Holiday Inn at check in time 4:00 pm. We stood in line (with only two people ahead of us) and waited over an hour to be able to check into our room. This was the priority club line. They claimed they did not have any clean rooms at check-in.
I think some of the choices under 'expectations' are ridiculous!
Canceled room for event without notice.
The hotel, room, restaurant and staff, were filthy, below standard, and rude.
