It was a nice hotel. It lived up to the quality expected from the name.

It is an excellent hotel, with great facilities. It is easily accessible to downtown via the Dart or Highway 75. This hotel is primarily a business class hotel with a well trained staff.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked the very comfortable bed, the calm decor, the excellent food in the restaurant and the well trained staff at the desk, in the restaurant and the lounge. The housekeeping was superb.

I had to make a special trip to the desk downstairs to get a cable to be able to use the Internet. This was an inconvenience, since I had stayed at another hotel and it was provided in the room, without having to ask for it. Other than that, it was okay.

My Embroiderers' Guild of America region committee meets at this hotel at least twice a year. It is clean, convenient, and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating.

The staff at this Holiday Inn Select needs training in how to greet their customers. They were extremely rude and not helpful at all! I will not stay at that hotel again nor recommend it to anyone.
