The hotel was very comfortable and service was impeccable. It has a friendly staff and is a great place to stay in.

This hotel made me feel welcome: My room was in excellent condition. They gave me a newcomer's package with attractions to see in the Dallas area.

The hotel is in a great location for touring Dallas. It provided great comfort, service and room.

The hotel was a little hard to find. The rooms and the service were fine, except everywhere you went smelled like cigarette smoke.

My complaint about this hotel is that the reservation desk staff did not explain the elevator to me. Apparently we were on a 'select floor' that required you to insert your card in the elevator to get it to stop on that floor. It was not well lit in the elevator so I did not see the explanation in the elevator and therefore rode the elevator up and down several times before it finally stopped on our floor. When I called the front desk to tell them there was something wrong with the elevator, they made me feel like an idiot when they explained that you had to put your room key in to get it to stop. I feel that should have been explained to me when I checked in.

It was a nice hotel, comfortable and clean with very friendly staff. The only issue was the lack of a microwave anywhere in the hotel. My room did not come with a refrigerator but they sent one up to my room anyway. I enjoyed my stay but will only stay there for short stays in the future - you need a way to cook meals when you are staying for an extended period of time. I was there for two weeks.
