The room was comfortable and quiet. As far as the questions about 'excited', 'hip', 'cool'; this was a place to stay the night, you would not mistake it for Hawaiian resort.

We liked the steps Holiday Inn took to provide its guests with safety. For instance, when people take the elevator from the parking garage into the hotel, the elevator does not go up to the floors with the guest rooms, only as far as the lobby.

This hotel made me feel important: The gentleman at the front desk took the time to give us some places to go and driving directions to get there.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was someone always at the front desk and they asked us if they could help us every time we walked in the door.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk always called us by our name, whenever they saw us.

Hotel seemed a bit worn. Air conditioner/heater was too noisy to use. Room was pretty small.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Friendly, personable service.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front office staff was very respectful.

The front desk personnel was too busy talking to each other to attend to the personnel at the front desk.

Typical business hotel... Not too extravagant but a good bargain for business travelers.

Seemed a little run down, but overall a pleasant stay.
