The hotel was very nice. I had no problems at the hotel.

The hotel was overbooked. The front desk was overwhelmed as well as the restaurant.

It was a decent hotel for the price. The bar had an entertaining bartender. I only stayed there to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

It was a nice experience and the staff was very accommodating to me and my family. It was a very pleasant stay.

This hotel made me feel welcome: It was a quick check in. They were attentive to all our needs.

Everything was above par. The people were courteous, helpful, polite and the price was very affordable. I would stay there again.

This hotel made me feel important: They treated you with respect as if you were family.

Good: It’s close to the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame, the breakfast tasted good

Bad: Dirty hallways (room service tray with half-eaten food sat in hallway for 2.5 days), dirty floors, dirty rooms, pool was smarmy/dirty (son got sick after swimming in it), poor security (shady characters sitting in lobby)

Summary: So disgusted we cut our stay short and left early.

I liked everything about the experience.

This hotel is within walking distance of the Cleveland Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with a great view of Lake Erie and on the route of the free downtown trolley. It’s four blocks from the theatre district which connects to another free trolley. The room was above average, and the staff was courteous, but not very informed about local attractions. The lounge was self-service and the tables were sticky, but nothing that would stop me from coming back. It was at a reasonable price and I found it to be a good value for the money.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean and bright. The location can’t be beat.

This hotel is just a few blocks from Lake Erie, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, restaurants, and the stadium. It is also within walking distance of a very cool downtown area if you are in any bit of shape.

There is a nice bar with friendly staff. I was also lucky enough to meet some of the colorful in town regulars! The TV's are on sports and there are bar games as well.

Next time I am in Cleveland I will be staying here!

I think it is very well located and it is a nice place to stay. I thought the on-site restaurant was pretty good also. I will definitely stay there the next time I go to Cleveland.

Staying at Holiday Inn Select Cleveland-City Center Lakeshore was enjoyable.

Hotel seemed a bit worn. Air conditioner/heater was too noisy to use. Room was pretty small.
