The staff was very friendly. The blanket was very thin and I had to turn on the heat in order not to freeze. I woke up early because the walls are very thin and I could hear my neighbors take showers.
The receptionist asked me whether I needed a toothbrush and toothpaste and I had indeed forgotten it. I was provided with complimentary toiletry articles.

The stay was on the weekend of the air traffic threats in London. Many passengers had been required by airport security to leave toilet articles behind. The front desk personnel were very accommodating in helping out guests by providing these items free of charge.

It’s in a great location for getting to O'Hare field. It is one of the closest to the airport. I timed three minutes from the hotel door to the AA terminal door on the free shuttle, with moderate traffic. There is a great Harry Caray baseball themed restaurant just off the lobby. We always stay here the night before our flight out of ORD. Even though we live only forty minutes away from the airport, one Interstate 94 traffic jam could cause us to miss our flight even if we left early.
They have very nice furnishings, and room layout. There was a separate doorway between the living room area, and the bedroom. It was almost like a suite setup.
