When I was at Burlington Mall, the shuttle driver let me know that he would be 20 minutes late, and then he came. Check in was perfectly fine. The key didn't work for the business room, but that was solved in a matter of minutes. Shuttle service...

The dining facilities for both breakfast and dinner were much better than at any other Holiday Inn hotel I have stayed at. The staff was very friendly.
The staff was very efficient upon arrival at the check in desk.
