We found bed bugs in the sheets. My mother-in-law was bitten and we had to take her to the doctor. We had problems two nights in a row and both times we notified management. The first time management said they fumigated the room. The second time we notified them they had us move to another room but it was at an inconvenient time and we told them that. It was right between the time of meetings that we were attending and we needed to get back. We asked to move later but they insisted on that very moment. One other situation that occurred was over the breakfast ordered. The strawberry had dirt on it and the dirt stained the plate. We notified management over this also. Initially we were going to stay four days but we cut short our visit one day because of the bed bug problems. The doctor looked at the bug under a magnified light and identified the insect as a bed bug. He said the exterminator was not doing his job right. The doctor asked if we were compensated. We said no. He said he would not stay at a place like that.

I expect top service from a Holiday Inn and always get it. I stay there for this reason and the rates are comparable in price.

Everyone was so nice. It was very clean and I felt quite safe there. It was also conveniently located for my purposes.

I was charged twice for the room: once by Orbitz.com and then the Holiday Select charged me again. Other than that, it was wonderful.

The facility was quite nice, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Wireless internet was great!
