I enjoyed the hotel bar and how easily accessible it was. The breakfast buffet from the hotel restaurant was a little pricey, I thought. Also, we brought our drinks up to our room almost every night and we put the empty glasses out by the door early the next morning to be picked up by housekeeping and even though they came right by our room every day, they never took the glasses away. We ended up accumulating quite a group of glasses in the hallway.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The furniture was very comfortable and the lobby was very open and airy.

The hotel was well kept. There were problems keeping billing straight. The hotel limo driver was wonderful. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and an outstanding hotel representative!

The staff was efficient and provided for our needs professionally.

This hotel made me feel respected: They listened to our needs and responded accordingly.

The shuttle service and the special rate for training were appreciated. The shuttle driver is a real asset to the property.

This hotel made me feel secure: I left my key in the room and the guard with the master key let me in only after I showed him my ID, which made me feel secure.

The hotel provide hat we needed to attend a funeral.
