The hotel room was fine and the staff was helpful. The dining room was horrible. All tables had dirty dishes and food on them, even though the diners had left. We waited twenty minutes until someone cleared our table and brought us menus, then waited forty five minutes for the food, which was cold, to be brought to us on dirty dishes. We tried a few bites because we were starving, but we could not eat it and had to leave and go to a fast food restaurant. We checked with business associates who were there the same weekend, and found out that they had the same experience with the restaurant.

The service at the front desk was exceptional. They didn't wait for help, if they were not busy they did it themselves or went out of the way to expedite what was needed. The location was ideal from the airport and the shuttle service was timely. The employees were very helpful and enthusiastic. Whoever did the hiring and training did an excellent job.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The employees made sure that what we required from restaurants to time schedules was done without hesitation and if they didn't know something they quickly found out.

The hotel was only a few months old, so the furnishings were new. The room was nice and the bed was excellent. I did not like the fact that the hotel would not discount from the rack rate and the lack of a free breakfast. They offered only fair value for the price.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The check in was easy. I was able to get to sleep right away, which was important because I was tired from my flight.

All the employees (to include the general manager and the shuttle driver) went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
