I stayed with them for two nights with two rooms, but they charged me a higher rate than what I reserved from their website.

I called them many times to correct this, they always told me to call me back but never did. I'm so tired of the people that work there, I’m reporting them to the BBB. It does not matter to pay a few more bucks, but cheating and ignoring customers is unforgivable!

For some strange reason, the windows in this room were all screwed shut with some odd sign about them being inoperable because of customer comfort -- I'm comfortable when I can get fresh air.

This hotel is consistently excellent and recent renovations have reinforced that. The staff is as good as in any 5 star hotel have stayed at.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff always goes the extra mile for me and is accommodating and friendly. Every time go it is consistently excellent and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

It was nice and clean, I was extremely satisfied.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I was relaxed there because there was no stress, I was able to unwind.

After a long trip it was a safe place to stay the night right off the highway.
