Holiday Inn Secaucus Meadowlands Hotel

Upon checking out I was given a bill that was more than two times higher than the price I had booked at. The front desk staff refused to help me in the matter, which is not surprising as the front desk staff had been extremely unhelpful for my entire stay.

I have since tried to rectify the overbilling with management, but the manager refuses to return my calls. I am now in contact with the Better Business Bureau.

The hotel had great rooms. I had a suite and I was very satisfied. I just wished we could have gotten in our rooms earlier. We had forty four rooms booked for two bus loads.

This hotel made me feel content: The rooms were comfortable and I was able to adjust the temperature to my comfort.

The location was good. It was comfortable and the service was good.

I liked the quality of the room and the fact that each one had its own refrigerator and microwave. I could not stand the rudeness of the staff. They would get irritated if you asked to reserve the free shuttle and they were too snippy whenever they were asked questions.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was clean and it had better upgrades compared to other Holiday Inn hotels I have stayed in.
