The dingy walls, chipped paint, tired bathroom fixtures, broken chair, and barely functioning climate control made me tell my wife more than once, "This place is a dive." We felt every spring in our mattress and the pillows were lumpy and beat up.

Got two rooms for a bowling tournament. The rooms were very crowded, the water was sometimes hot sometimes cold and unadjustable in the shower, The remote didn't work, we had to request more than one towel per room and the toliet required holding the handle down 30-60 seconds to flush correctly.
The staff was either very friendly or very surly depending on who was on duty at the time. If you are going to stay, do not stay on the side of the nightclub if you want a parking space or a good nights sleep. The music from the nightclub can be heard until 3am and the bar patrons take up all the parking spots and were banging on 1st floor doors and windows after the bar closed.
The Breakfast Bar was excellent and was the highlight of the trip.
