Hotel has an old feel even though I was told it had been updated. My room smelled musty.

The accommodations were very nice. The pool and facilities were great. The restaurant was good. It was great for families.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very personable and helpful.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Santa Barbara.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I dislike that they do not offer a complimentary continental breakfast at the price they charge.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Santa Barbara.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Holiday Inn Santa Barbara-Goleta was old and outdated. The room we had smelled very bad! The bathroom had no fan and there was no airflow or cross ventilation in the room. The thermostat didn't work and the air conditioner rattled very loudly. The picture on the TV rolled and was impossible to watch. We informed the front desk and were told they couldn't do anything about it until the next day.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Santa Barbara.
I would not recommend it to friends.
