The rooms are clean and comfortable but do vary in size and view. They are all well equipped. There is a 24 hour family restaurant and bar/grill which serves a decent choice of food and there are more restaurants on the waterfront nearby. There's a small but decent fitness center and an outdoor heated swimming pool with a sundeck. The staff here are friendly and helpful, although at peak times, check in can be a little slow. Make sure you have the address of your hotel with you when you arrive in San Franciso, as there are quite a few Holiday Inns, in this area.
