I have never been pleased with Holiday Inn. I stayed there because it was convenient to the conference site and was one of the few hotels that still had rooms open. If given a choice, I would never chose a Holiday Inn.

The front desk manager was rude and uncooperative. The concierge was most helpful.
This hotel made me feel important: The concierge was most helpful with making unusual requests and even brought info to our room.
