Hotel Reviews > California Hotels > Holiday Inn San Diego Downtown
The Holiday Inn locations are convenient. They have reasonable prices for reasonable and comfortable service. Most tourists will be fine with this choice in hotel chain.
The room was very nice, the location was good, and the staff was very courteous.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They always asked if I needed anything.
The hotel was over priced. My room was not what I expected for the price I paid for. It was in a good location. Parking was twelve dollars. There were hotels in San Diego that cost less and were way nicer.
The location was near downtown and not where I needed it to be. The hotel needs renovation. I checked out early to another local hotel. I would not stay there again. It had a poor restaurant.
The location was very central. I could walk everywhere, and enjoyed the ambience.
It was a very comfortable stay in a nice hotel. Frankly, the accommodations were more than what I would be satisfied with.
I was satisfied with the location, service and transport. The restaurant, although okay, was less than expected.
The hotel is convenient to the freeway, but it's a little difficult to enter the property. It has a great view of the city and harbor. It did not have great facilities, but I liked the location.
This hotel is in an excellent downtown location, near several choice restaurants. It's very close to the Gaslight District.
The gentleman who had to do the picking up and dropping off at the airport was very rude to many of the guests and almost made me miss my flight because he decided at the last minute to drop people who weren't staying at the hotel to a park. Mind you he had already rescheduled our departure twice!
I liked the homey feeling I felt at being welcomed. I enjoyed the continental breakfast at a restaurant next door. There was nothing about the hotel I disliked.
It was nothing special, standard stay, the TV did not work but was fixed in about an hour.
