Holiday Inn San Diego Downtown Hotel - Page 1

I did not like having to pay for parking each night and I did not like having to pay to use the internet computer in the hotel lobby.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful with local directions.

I liked that it was center to downtown San Diego, within walking distance to the mall. The rooms were great and they had a nice view of the city. The reception desk clerk was very helpful in giving directions and advice on where to go.

This hotel made me feel secure: The reception desk was right when you walked in and our room had a key without the room number on it in case we lost it.

It’s centrally located but a little too close to the freeway.

I liked that it was central to many locations in San Diego, within walking distance to the mall and close to I-5.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk made a point of getting us a nice room on the top floor and helped give us directions with a map.

We spent a week with you in July 07 at the recommendation of our niece, who works for your company. We found your staff to be cordial and accomodating. Guys in the courtesy van were terrific. Front desk staff, very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping did impeccable work all week. Thanks for a good time! In fact, we like it so much that we may come back with our adult kids for Round 2 in August!
