Close to Downtown; good parking.Elevators were out one day - walk 8 stories. Very nice Holiday Inn. Staff friendly. Good Parking. Close to Downtown San Diego. Great Price.

Mediocre
Nationally recognized chain.It was way over rated. The hotel lobby and bar area were very nice, clean and updated. The rooms however were old, antiquated, needs an update.
This hotel I guess would be the lesser of 2 evils it's the nicest in National City but still way too expensive given the quality of the room and service. The front desk people were not that nice and the room was so noisy due to the traffic on...

Basic room nothing more.Heat didn't work in my room fan very loud. Hotel is a clean basic place to stay. The graveyard guy was not that customer focus.

Horrible
The room was nice and clean.It rained that night and the building had leaks and buckets and the fire alarm was going off all night. We arrived and observed the excellent customer service that the person before us was receiving from the hotel clerk....

More than what we expected. Had refrigerator and microwave in room.Charging for replacement of blankets due to accidental bleeding. Also kept having to get key card programmed because it wouldn't work all the time. The hotel staff was nice and...
