All of the staff was fantastic!, the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable, the views of sandiego bay and navy ships were great. Even the hotel food was good, and not for a bad price either. Over all i am glad i didn't waste my money to say...

Very nice room and comfortable bed.Don't care too much for high balconies overlooking streets. I was very pleased with this hotel and hope to stay there again. It was very nice, neat and the bed was very comfortable. I had a blast...

Horrible
Nothing.1st room on 4th floor unacceptable, dirty carpets, sagging bedding, mold-horrible! After much complaining I was moved to 8th floor where the room was acceptable. It was ascertained that the lower floors of hotel were not remodeled however...

Okay
Had a nice pool area.No quilts on the bed. Weird. It was OK for the price. There were no quilts on the bed, but they brought us blankets. The room was a bit musty. The lobby and reception area was nice and the employees were helpful.

Location to highway.The receptionist had a condescending attitude and was not helpful in meeting our needs. We had to call for a manager to get help. First room we got was not clean and was smelly. We asked for a room with 2 beds and was told they...

Horrible
Hotel is old, on the Holiday Inn website it says that it has been renovated, it hasn't. The beds are old, the noise for the highway is loud, large gaps in the door closing, the business around the hotel are all barred up, high speed interenet...
My husband and i stayed there for 2 night, we didn't like that around the area there was not a decent place to eat..the bed was so confortable and the maid was so nice, we love her!!little lady she should be at the front desk and put as maid the ...

Expectations exceeded with a spacious room, small fridge, + micro. Also nice was the comp. water and cookies at night.Very loud freeway noise outside the room. Could be a little cleaner. AC worked marginally. Hate to be there when it's really hot....
