Location.Cleanliness of room. Location is superb for downtown access to everything. Parking available at reasonable rates. Rooms should be carpet cleaned and never was during the 4 night 5 day stay nor were linens changed just bed made.

Clean, affordable, convenient.I would have liked to have been closer to the beach. At the time, the hotel was going through some remodeling, so we had no ice on our floor, it was a short elevator ride though. Clean hotel, nice staff.
