Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff who acknowledged me by name each time I went by the front desk. I was at the hotel every evening after work and was able to make use of the restaurant and in house bar especially after a very long day. The wireless internet is free and fast. It is especially nice when you are not nickeled and dimed to death like some other properties I have stayed at. The complimentary made to order breakfast each morning was exceptional and a bonus. Definitely better than the microwavable wonders I usually get at the other places I've stayed! If you are travelling on business and don't want to crammed in your room all evening this property is definitely the hotel you will want to stay at.

Great Location, Great Staff, Great Food

Although this is an older hotel - the staff are wonderful and renovations can only make this hotel even better than it already is - my family and colleagues love this hotel because they treat you like you are their family - there motto is constant caring friend - and that's exactly what they are - from front desk to the housekeeping and all around - always a great experience

We returned for our yearly vacation (6th). There was some confusion due to the three-day holiday weekend. I/We will return this year. The staff remembers us from previous visits and welcomes us as family.

There was a mix-up in the initial booking of our requested room. One employee was not responsive to our concerns and requests. However, another employee went out of her way to make things right with us. Many apologies followed. We were very satisfied with the stay.
