It is in a somewhat easy on, easy off, out of the way location.

25 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel staff was nice, but the room we had was right next to the conference rooms and the laundry, so we had to move. It was extremely noisy and our one year old could not sleep with the noise. However, the staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms.

The room that we were put in was by the laundry and the events rooms, and it was extremely noisy in our room. We felt that because we booked online we were given the cheapest, worst room in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms though.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk staff was very helpful. When we asked to change rooms, they immediately responded. They also contacted us to see if we needed more towels when we accidentally left our Do not disturb sign up while we were gone all day, which was considerate.

I wish they had a pool. The staff worked with me when I had to stay longer than planned. They gave me a great price.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They remembered my name and used it each time I walked by or stopped at front desk.

32 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
When my stay was longer than expected, the staff found a price that worked with my budget. The front desk knew me by name and as I was all alone in the city, it was nice to have someone talk to me.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff called me by name. They found a price that matches my budget.

The hotel lobby is very nice and the restaurant is great. Once you get upstairs it’s a different story. The elevator doesn't always work so you might have to walk up the stairs. The rooms are dirty and aren't cleaned very well. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. Stay across the street at the Four Points and eat here.
