The room was very comfortable. My advice is to make reservations in advance. It is a very nice hotel.

The hotel was under renovation, which we did not know until we got there. The staff's positive attitude and friendliness was enough to make it all worth while!!

This hotel made me feel important: We were acknowledged upon every encounter with the staff. The restaurant staff was very friendly and recognized us from each day of our stay. The front desk agent was very friendly and very funny!

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Rocky Mountain Park.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel was fine overall. But the staff didn't clean our room or change the linen during our stay, and our room service was messed up.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Rocky Mountain Park.

We stay at this same Holiday Inn every year for our women's church retreat and they are always asking us to come back the next year. They have been very nice to us and make our stay very comfortable, and the cost is very reasonable. We are welcome primarily because we behave ourselves and we are treated as such.

Not enough elevator access for number of rooms at hotel. Elevator in ackward location for getting luggage on/off.
