I know when I go north to visit my family 3 times a year, they are there for us on the way up. Then they have the two handicap rooms for us on the way back. I am in a wheelchair and so is my cousin. They always treat us with respect and comfort.
This hotel made me feel respected: I felt respected there because they always greeted me with a smile and were always polite and willing to help.
