Beautiful views.Hand rail up to room very large. Room had no control over temperature, very hot all night. Had to negotiate a number of metal stairs without aid of a handrail since the one they have is solely a decorative large log. Very scary for...

TV and snack shop.Hallway smelled. If you just want somewhere to sleep its not bad. Plus the price on the bill the hotel gave me was about 20 dollars cheaper than what I pre paid on my credit card.

36 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
When I went to the front desk to check in, nobody was there. I got to my room and it had not been cleaned from the previous guests--trash bags on the floor, etc. Television volume would not work and staff would not fix it. Restaurant was great.
