Holiday Inn Rock Island Hotel

It was dirty, expensive and it was not worth the money. I would expect to pay that much for a room with a view and amenities. If not for the festival across the street, I would never stay there again.

We had a very pleasant stay. They have a very friendly staff. They offer good meals and a clean environment. They provide free shuttle to the local casinos. Downtown was not very busy during my stay, most businesses closed. The local restaurants were open and presented very good dining experiences. The people are outgoing and friendly.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We received a warm greeting from the staff. They were extremely willing to assist in any way. They pointed out local attractions and points of interest. The staff was very professional and personable.
