The room for two was larger than expected and the beds were very comfortable. The service was average.

This hotel made me feel practical: Although the room was spacious and comfortable it provided only the basic amenities which was good for me. I do not like to pay for things I would not use.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Rock Falls.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I have stayed at this hotel many times as it is close to a family member. I have never had a problem. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Rock Falls.

The Rock Falls Holiday Inn could use an elevator.

46 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business

It was the most pleasant stay in years. In fact, since there were no reservations, my dogs were welcomed with open arms also. I really do not know if it is their policy, but for those two nights it was. Plus, at 8 PM both nights, I was given extra ice for the dogs and a couple of doggie treats. From now on, it is Holiday Inn for me and my family, wherever we go or how long we stay -- a guest for life. Nowadays, not many people or companies go out of their way and give that human touch anymore. Again, I am sold for life.

I would definitely recommend it to friends.
