WE STAYED 2 NIGHTS...THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN BUT NEEDED UPDATING AND VERY SMALL. THEY HAVE A WATER PROBLEM THERE WAS ABOUT 2" OF WATER IN TUB WHEN FINISHING SHOWER/ALSO IN SINK.

WE LEFT ABOUT 9AM WHEN WE RETURNED AT 3:30 THE ROOM HAD NOT BEEN MADE UP. aT 4:30 WE TURNED DOWN HAVING THEM MAKE UP THE ROOM AS WE WERE NOT LEAVING UNTIL 5:30 FOR DINNER. AT 5 PM THEY KNOCKED AND WANTED TO KNOW IF WE WOULD LIKE TOWELS. WE STAYED HERE IN MAY AND IT WAS A VERY NICE, GREAT ROOM @GREAT PRICE ON SHORT NOITCE. THIS ROOM WAS IN THE BACK, NOTA GREAT ROOM AND IT COST MORE. I DOUBT IF I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

Our GPS system got us lost but we finally arrived. The easy check in and the comfortable bed were so wonderful after driving for several hours.

This hotel made me feel respected: The clerks were very helpful, even though we arrived late and they answered any questions without making me feel like a fool for asking.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Rochester Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I liked the nice, new remodeled rooms. The people were very friendly. The hotel had a nice indoor pool.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Rochester Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
