81 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I have always felt comfortable at Holiday Inn hotels. This one was chosen for the convenience and the economy as well as the service and the comfort. It met our expectations.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Rochester-Airport.
I might recommend it to friends.
43 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room had an odor that I found to be a mixture of body odor and mold. The corners of the room had hair and constructional dust like no one had ever clean the carpet. Apparently they have not vacuumed the carpet because we also saw the pieces of broken glass. The ceiling light was broken and you can see spider net on the picture that I took. The window was so dirty inside and out that during the sunny day we couldnt see anything though. When I specifically asked to connect me with anybody who calls ASAP they did not do so. I missed a couple of very important calls because the receptionist Heather just did not see your name on the computer. That was her "strange" explanation. She was rude and said if I didnt like the explanation I should contact the manager Mr. Richenberg and we SURE will contact him. I do believe the attitude of the receptionist was unacceptable and the room was a mess.

Mediocre
Stayed here on my way to and from a vacation I was taking and both times the locks on my door were broken. Both times, the room given to me was not very clean. I also found that Housekeeping totally ignores the "do not disturb" sign. O'Malley's Pub...
