I was unable to check in on time because the rooms weren't ready. Many of us refused late checkout, even though we couldn't check in on time.
The outlets, lights, and phones were not working. There was no laundry as advertised, and the staff didn't even know it. There were ants in the bathroom. The desk staff was not helpful, I had to hunt down towels for the pool. They made no attempt to make situations right.

I have always felt comfortable at Holiday Inn hotels. This one was chosen for the convenience and the economy as well as the service and the comfort. It met our expectations.
