Holiday Inn Richmond Motel - Page 1

Our room was in poor condition. All of the furniture was broken down and worn out. The table lamp base was bent so badly it wouldn't stand up without being proped up. The bed sagged and you nearly touched the floor sitting on the couch. The sliding glass door the to the balcony would not close all the way leaving a 1/2 gap at the bottom to open air. Getting it to open was even more fun. The grounds were the same. They need to hire a landscaper. Shrubs and grass were seriously overgrown. The icing on the cake was the patch jobs on the walls that were a different color paint.

On top of all this we were charged gouge level prices (nearly three times their standard rate) because of a NASCAR race that weekend at Richmond International.

One good thing about this location is the attached diner resteraunt. Excellent. We ate there several times over our stay and loved it.

It was a nice location right off I-95. It had a very nice site near restaurants.

This hotel was extremely clean and well kept. My stay was short however, the staff overnight specifically Dexter who welcomed me and my son lovely and treated us with the old southern hospitality Virginia is known for. The security guard made a woman feel safe. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone I communicate with traveling on Interstate 95 in Richmond VA.

I thought that the staff at the hotel did a wonderful job. The hotel was always clean in all areas. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to make sure we had a nice stay.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They made me feel wanted by greeting me as soon as I got into the hotel. Whenever I called down to the front desk they called me by name.

I had an excellent room, very clean. The staff was quite friendly and it was a very pleasant stay.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I was given a room on the executive level and it was very nice.
