After making reservations, I was reluctant to stay after reading mixed reviews, although after calling Holiday Inn Priority I was ask to reconsider and give my evaluation. Well I am certainly glad I stayed. The hotel desk clerk was friendly and...

46 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We were thinking this was a new hotel but it is just a refurbished hotel. And, not that well refurbished. It was clean enough.
The A/C unit in our room didn't work. We called to ask someone to come up and when it wasn't fixable they wheeled a brand new unit into our room. It took 15 minutes to install. I've never had customer service like that before. We were very impressed.

Mediocre
It was clean and a decent place to sleep. However, the beds were very hard, there was no continental breakfast, and the shuttle service to the airport operated too late for early flights.
